Interview on BBC Radio London

This morning, I commented on the BBC London Radio about Boris Johnson, who said a few months ago that “Women wearing the burqa look like letter boxes”.

It caused controversy and an independent panel was set up to explore his statement. The panel ruled in favour of him stating that free speech standards had not been violated.

I agree. We shouldn't fear talking about religion-- as long as we respect thresholds set on what constitutes incitement to hatred, which is the red line.
